Dean Phelps

Dean began working for Suran in 2017 and has worked as a contract consultant since 2021. Dean has a long history of using CDM+ going back to 2005, when the Regional program was known as Regional 7. His favorite thing about working with Suran is the people he gets to work with. “We’re serious about our work, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.”
