Getting Help
The Suran Help Desk is available during class periods and from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. If you have any questions or issues during the conference, please reach out to staff so we can assist you and ensure a smooth, productive experience.
Meals
Breakfast is included with your conference registration, Monday through Wednesday. Service hours are: M (7-9), T-W (7-8:30) Buffet lunch will be served Monday through Tuesday starting at 12:30.
Coffee and tea will also be available throughout the day for all attendees.
Please note: Breakfast and Lunch will NOT be served in the Rackhouse restaurant. Join us just outside The Barn (near the conference registration area) each day.
Interviews
We’ll be recording short video interviews during the conference to share CDM+ user experiences for marketing. If you’d like to participate, email chris@suran.com or stop by the Help Desk.
Conference Evaluation
A link to the online conference evaluation will be emailed to every attendee shortly after the event. We appreciate your feedback!
Conference Roster
After the conference, a roster will be available for those who want to stay in touch at https://engage.suran.com/user . Your contact info, as provided during registration, will be included unless you have opted out.
Computer Lab
The Computer Lab is open during class periods and from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., with CDM+ computers available, or you can bring your laptop. If you need help with your CDM+ data, please be sure that your laptop is connected to your hosting account or bring your credentials.

Internet Access
During the conference you can use the hotel Wi-Fi network called Campbell House Conference. No password is necessary.
Parking
Parking is free if you are staying at the hotel or commuting.

Class Attendance
Scan your name tag barcode when entering each class. If you requested a class report, it will be emailed after the conference. To request one, email support@cdmplus.com with 'conference attendance' in the subject line.
